Coaches and referees are at the core of Rabun FC and play a vital role in developing our players and shaping the culture of our club. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about the game and committed to creating a positive, structured, and competitive environment for our athletes.

All head coaches are required to complete the free U.S. Soccer Grassroots Coaching Certification (or equivalent) and pass a background check to ensure player safety and maintain our club standards.

Assistant coaches play an important supporting role in team development and operations. While certification is not required, it is strongly encouraged. All assistant coaches must also complete a background check and are expected to follow all club policies and safety standards.

Referees are an essential part of the game and help ensure fair play, sportsmanship, and a positive match environment. Rabun FC encourages individuals interested in officiating to become certified through the appropriate governing body. All referees must follow league standards and are expected to uphold professionalism and respect at all times.
