Cancellation Policy

Booking, Cancellation & Waitlist Policies Booking Policy Advance registration is required for all Speed & Agility training sessions. Spaces are limited and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. A participant's spot is confirmed only after registration and payment have been completed. Registration may close once capacity has been reached. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are non-refundable. No-shows will not receive a refund or credit. In the event of weather-related cancellations or circumstances beyond our control, participants will be notified and offered a makeup session or account credit. Rabun FC reserves the right to modify schedules, instructors, locations, or program offerings as needed to ensure the best experience for participants.
